December 21
A Complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for a burglary at her father’s residence. Deputies responded and the burglary is under investigation.

Deputies took a report of needles found along Old Mansfield Road. The needles were collected and disposed of.

A Complainant contacted the Knox County Sheriff’s Office about a bullet hole he found in his garage door. A report was requested for documentation.

A Complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report possible identity fraud. Deputies spoke with the complainant and a report was filed.

Deputies responded to an address on Becky Lane for a burglary. The complainant arrived home to find a window open and items missing. An investigation is pending.

A Complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report a man trespassing at an apartment complex. Deputies responded and made contact with the complainant. After searching the area the man was no longer at the apartment complex.

Deputies were called on a report of a deer injured along the roadway on Monroe Mills Road. Deputies responded and dispatched the deer at the scene. A report was taken to document the incident.

December 22
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for an equipment violation on Possum Street. The driver, William Kirkman, had four open suspensions on his driver’s license. Kirkman was given a citation for the violations with a mandatory court appearance.
