Offenses

December 16
A female who lives on East Burgess Street reported a theft. A report was filed.

An officer responded to a residence on East Vine Street in reference to a theft of a package from a front porch. A report was filed.

December 17
An officer was dispatched to North Gay Street for a theft. Contact was made with the complainant who advised at approximately 2:00 AM, his security camera recorded an unknown male walking out of his garage with his mountain bike. The complainant advised a couple of weeks prior, the garage door was left open during the day and an unknown person had stolen the other bicycle from his garage. A report was taken and extra patrol was requested.

Officers responded to a domestic violence report on East Pleasant Street. Both individuals involved were given resources. There were no injuries during the incident.

December 18
An officer responded to a theft from a vehicle complaint on East Hamtramck Street.
An officer responded to a theft from a vehicle complaint on East Hamtramck Street. During the investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had entered the garage on North McKenzie Street and stole items from a vehicle parked inside.

An officer responded to Braddock Street in reference to a theft complaint. The complainant indicated that two males took a package from his neighbors front porch and ran off. A report was taken and is under further investigation.

An officer was dispatched to East Pleasant Street for a disturbance. No charges were filed.

December 19
An officer was dispatched to Walmart on Coshocton Avenue for shoplifting. Dana Camprise was issued a summons for theft by deception.

An officer was dispatched to East Chestnut Street for threats. Shawn Caudill was arrested for aggravated menacing and incarcerated at the Knox County Jail.

A Complainant stated that his tire was slashed on two different occasions while parked at Shalimar Apartments.

December 20
An officer responded to North Sandusky Street on a report of theft. Upon arrival, a complainant stated that an unknown male stole a face-mask from the shelf and left without paying. A written statement was collected along with surveillance video of the incident. A report was taken.

An officer responded to a harassment call in the lobby on North Gay Street. A statement was obtained and a report will be made.

Officers responded to a disturbance call on Follin Avenue. A male was taken into custody and transported to the Knox County Jail.

An officer was dispatched to the Knox Community Hospital Emergency Room in reference to an assault. Donald Korns was arrested and charged with assault. He was incarcerated a tthe Knox County Jail.

Donald S Korns was charged with assault
