Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Nov 18, 2020

Harold H. Carter was stopped for a driving infraction. During the traffic stop investigation, it was found that Carter had been drinking and was arrested for OVI on November 17, 2020.
A Complainant advised that an unknown person(s) used his and his wife’s information in an attempt to open two loans. The Complainant also advised that he contacted the company about the loans and they told him that the accounts would be flagged as fraudulent and the funds would not be dispursed. The incident was reported on October 17th, 2020.
A Deputy was advised that a complainant had discovered that hi9s bicycle was stolen on November 17th, 2020.
