Darien Sinnett, of Walhonding, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving on the wrong side of the road on November 6th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that unknown juveniles were attempting to take alcohol and candy from a gas station in Centerburg. The complainant advised that they had surveillance video of the suspected individuals. on November 6th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that their brown RUMPKE trash can was stolen/missing from their property on November 5th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that someone had vandalized one of his basement windows at a new residential build on November 5th, 2020.

A Deputy was dispatched to West Main Street in Centerburg on an unconscious person. It was suspected that the person was suffering from a drug overdose. The individual was transported to Saint Ann’s Hospital in Columbus by medic 421 on November 5th, 2020.

A vehicle was observed on New Castle Road committing several traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted and Montana Lucas, of Moundsville WV, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and underage consumption. Haley CcClead, of Moundsville WV, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension on November 4th, 2020.
