A Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle in the area of Glen Road in Gambier. The complainant also advised that over an extended period of time, he has seen the vehicle and its driver in the area with its hazard lights on with other miscellaneous patrons stopping to aid the individual. The complainant advised that he spoke with multiple citizens in the area that advised that they stopped and gave the individual fuel for his vehicle or money to assist him, some of which occurred on the same day. The complainant was able to obtain a license plate number and Deputies attempted to make contact with the individual but were unable to do so. A family member at the residence advised deputies that he would be advised to contact the KCSO as soon as possible for follow-up. A report was completed for documentation on October 29th, 2020.

A Deputy was dispatched to Nelson Drive in Mount Vernon. A representative from Behavioral Healthcare Partners requested that a deputy check the welfare of one of their patients. The deputy determined that the patient was in need of a mental health evaluation. While at Knox Community Hospital a nurse was changing the patient out and located a small plastic bag with a crystal-like substance in it. The bag and contents were turned over to the deputy on October 29th, 2020.

A Complainant turned in a broken phone which was located at Foundation Park on October 28th, 2020.
