A Complainant advised, on October 18th, 2020, that unknown person(s) parked a camper along the roadway in front of their property on Dunham Road in Mount Vernon. The vehicle was towed to Blubaugh’s pending release by proof of ownership.

A Complainant advised that drug paraphernalia was discovered on W Scott Lane in Gambier on October 18th, 2020. The paraphernalia was taken fro disposal.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Johnson Avenue in Mount Vernon on a possible disturbance. While at the residence, deputies were able to locate and identify Bo Stage with an outstanding warrant issued out of Richland County. Stage was placed into handcuffs (gapped and double-locked) and transported to the Richland County/Knox County line where he was released into the custody of the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on October 18th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that non-offense victim was experiencing a mental health crisis. The victim was transported to Knox Community Hospital on October 18th, 2020.

A Complainant reported a domestic violence situation at the Mohican Reservation. The complainant advised that a male was burning down tents with a blowtorch and taking a chile from the location. Deputies responded and witnesses advised that shots were fired at the location and the suspect left the scene in a vehicle with a child toward Loudonville on October 17th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that she had found an unknown substance that she believed to be methamphetamine. The item was collected and placed into evidence on October 17th, 2020.

Kerie Watson, of Mount Vernon, was charged with disorderly conduct in the presence of emergency personnel on October 18th, 2020.

A non-offense victim was transported to Knox Community Hospital per the request of Behavioral Health Care Partners on October 17th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that Casey Sheets got into the driver’s seat of the complainant’s vehicle and tried to take it without permission. When the complainant confronted Sheets, he jumped out of the vehicle and ran away. It was also reported that the suspect took a vehicle and was squealing tires in the Centerburg Elementary School parking lot. He had also broken a window out at the school. Sheets was arrested for grand theft and vandalism on October 16th, 2020.
