Kevin Curtis, 35, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to prison for two years last week for failure to register his address as a sex offender. Curtis’ duty to register resulted from a 2005 attempted rape conviction. The case was investigated by KCSO Deputy Annette Mercer and Adult Parole Authority Officer William Baer.
