Michael A. Miller age 37 of Mount Vernon was issued traffic citations for driving left-of-center and for driving under license suspension. Miller’s vehicle was impounded

Alexander J. Holt age 19 of Danville was issued a traffic citation for failing to stop for a stop sign and was also issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia
