Description: Mr. Kopcial suffers from Dementia and has a hearing impairment. He was last seen at the Mansfield/Richland Public Library before leaving on foot. He may have been intending to arrive at his residence on Reform Street, but has not arrived. Mr. Kopcial was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt with “OSU” embroidered on it, black jeans, and white Nike shoes.
On September 14, 2020, at 1:55 PM, Mr. Kopcial walked away from the Mansfield/Richland Public Library and has failed to return home.
The incident took place in Richland County, OH on 43 West Third Street in the city of Mansfield 44902.
