A Deputy was dispatched to a residence on Weber Road in Howard on a possible vandalism. A Complainant stated that someone had thrown a rock through her bedroom window and needed a deputy to respond to take a report on July 27th, 2020.

A Deputy was dispatched to a residence on Landrum Avenue in Centerburg on the theft of a bike. A Complainant stated that earlier in the day her son and her niece were playing at the Centerburg Elementary playground. Her niece hurt herself and her son walked her home and leaving his bike at the school. When he went back to retrieve it, it was not there. They drove around town looking for it but did not find it. A statement was collected and a report was taken on July 26th, 2020.

A Complainant reported that her daughter was receiving text messaged from her ex-boyfriend. The ex-boyfriend was threatening to kill her son. All parties on the scene were interviewed and written statements were collected. The suspect, Austin Miller of Columbus, was located and arrested for aggravated menacing and criminal trespass on July 26th, 2020.

Major Mackey, of Killbuck, was cited for underage consumption on July 26th, 2020.

A victim advised that she was involved in a domestic dispute with Michael Zedaker. Zekaker was arrested and charged with assault on July 25, 2020.

An anonymous Complainant contacted the Sheriff’s Office in reference to a vehicle that had parked and blocked in several vehicles at Greer Landing on Brinkhaven Road. Contact was unable to be made with the owner due to him being on the river. Danville Tire responded to the scene and the vehicle was moved to a better location to allow other vehicles to exit. A report was made for documentation on July 26th, 2020.

A Victim/Complainant reported that someone stole items from a residence they were moving into on Wooster Road. A Deputy responded and made contact with the Victim/Complainant. A report was completed and statements forms were collected on July 24th, 2020.

Deputies responded to an in-active burglary on Pierce Lane in Martinsburg. The Victim arrived home to find her rear window broken in and various items taken from the residence. Evidence was collected and an investigation is pending. The incident occurred on July 24th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that someone was using a tampered copy of her driver’s license to sell guns. An investigation is already open in Pennsylvania. Report generated at the complainant’s request for documentation on July 26th, 2020.
