Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Jul 24, 2020

A Complainant stated that an unknown person was seen walking through a parking lot and then walked up to a building and attempted to unscrew a Twist-n-Shake sign that was hanging on an outside wall. The sign is made of old license plates that spell out “Twist-n-Shake” and after not being able to unscrew the sign he removed the camera that was on the wall. The male in the video was wearing a white/gray sweatshirt, a white face covering, black jeans, white tennis shoes, dark sunglasses, and black rubber gloves. The incident occurred on July 23rd, 2020 at approximately 12:20 AM.
