A Deputy was dispatched to a residence on Sychar Road for a vandalism complaint. The Complainant advised they were awoken by glass breaking. They discovered someone had thrown two rocks through their kitchen window. The rocks were collected as evidence on July 13th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that a vehicle was left on his property. Knox County dispatched advised that the vehicle was stolen based on the license plate information that was given. The vehicle was confirmed stolen and was impounded at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on July 11th, 2020.

Deputies were advised that a male individual with several felony warrants was at a residence on Wooster Road in Mount Vernon. Deputies arrived on the scene and the homeowner gave the deputies permission to enter the residence. Nicholas Hamilton of Mount Vernon was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on July 11th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that they heard a female yelling. Deputies checked the area and made contact with a male and female. It was determined that a domestic violence incident occurred. Zachary Turner, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence and assault then transported to the Knox County Jail on July 11th, 2020.

Deputies responded to a civil standby due to a domestic violence that occurred on July 9th, 2020. Timothy Owens, of Danville, was arrested for hitting his dad with a rock and shovel.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Gregg Road in Fredericktown. A caller advised that their neighbor had a warrant and was outside mowing grass. Mark Wade, of Butler, was located and placed under arrest and transported to the Knox County Jail on July 10th, 2020.
