Deputies were dispatched to Wally Road in Loudonville, Ohio. Dispatch advised the Complainant said there was an intoxicated male in the lot next to them. The male was yelling obscenities and getting in and out of the river. Deputies arrived on the scene and talked the male out of the water. The male continued to be obscene with the Deputies. Joseph Hadlock, of Atwater, was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated with persist on July 7th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that sometime between 1:00 AM Sunday, July 5th, 2020, and 10:00 AM on Monday, July 6th, 2020, unknown person(s) entered his unlocked vehicle, a 1993 Chevrolet Pick-up truck, and removed his wallet and other miscellaneous items.

Deputies located a vehicle parked blocking the roadway on Clark Road in Jackson Township. Multiple attempts were made to contact the owner. The owner was not able to be located and the vehicle was towed on July 6th, 2020.

Deputies were dispatched to Kinney road on an active domestic violence complaint. Deputies responded and spoke to both parties. Sean Smith, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence and aggravated menacing on July 7th, 2020.
