Warrant issued May of 2020 for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on Indictment filed in April of 2020 for Breaking and Entering, Possessing Criminal Tools, Theft and Criminal Trespass. Additional Warrants were issued for Stagg’s arrest pending Indictments for five counts of Breaking and Entering, Failure to Comply with the Order or Signal of a PO and two counts of Having Weapons Under Disability. Last known address was known to be living in the Mount Vernon area.
