Hazardous Weather Outlook National Weather Service Cleveland OH 353 AM EDT Wed Jun 10 2020 OHZ003-006>014-017>023-027>033-036>038-047-089-110800- Lucas-Wood-Ottawa-Sandusky-Erie-Lorain-Cuyahoga-Lake-Geauga- Ashtabula Inland-Hancock-Seneca-Huron-Medina-Summit-Portage-Trumbull- Wyandot-Crawford-Richland-Ashland-Wayne-Stark-Mahoning-Marion-Morrow- Holmes-Knox-Ashtabula Lakeshore- 353 AM EDT Wed Jun 10 2020 This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central Ohio, northeast Ohio and northwest Ohio. .DAY ONE...Today and tonight. A squall line of severe thunderstorms will likely develop late this afternoon into the late evening hours and move across the area from west to east. SPC has upgraded northwest Ohio to a moderate risk for severe weather with the rest of northern Ohio in an enhanced risk. The greatest threat will be damaging wind gusts up to 75 mph with the squall line. There is the risk for a couple discrete supercells ahead of the squall line with the potential for a couple tornadoes and large hail possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning will be likely and localized heavy rainfall will be possible. Non thunderstorms gusty winds will be likely from the south today with wind gusts up to 40 mph possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will likely be needed late this afternoon into the evening hours.
