A victim called to report that an unknown suspect slit his tires. A Deputy responded and a report was filed on June 7th, 2020.

A traffic stop was made on Monroe Mills Road on a vehicle that did not have its registration illuminated. Upon investigation, marijuana was seized and the passenger, Aaron Davis of Groveport, had outstanding warrants. Davis was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana and was arrested for outstanding warrants issued out of the Franklin County Municipal Court on June 7th, 2020.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle on Mount Vernon Avenue in the Village of Fredericktown. During the investigation, it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, was under the influence. Tucker Davis of Hammond LA, was issued citations for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia on June 7th, 2020.

While working a special assignment detail, Deputies were advised of a campsite that had been an issue all day. A Complainant continued dealing with the two campsites throughout the night. The Complainant advised the campers to disperse and head to their own campsites for the night. While making sure everyone went to their campsites, Jacob Madigan of Brunswick, continued yelling and causing a disturbance at his campsite. Madigan was issued a disorderly conduct citation on June 6th, 2020.

Deputies were dispatched to Woodview Lane in Fredericktown. Dispatch advised that a male had threatened his wife as well as made suicidal remarks. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the male and female. The female advised there was a physical altercation that resulted in injury. Photographs were collected of the female’s injuries as well as the bar where the altercation took place. The male, Joshua Gorman of Fredericktown, was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Knox County Jail on June 6th, 2020.

A Complainant advised that he observed the suspect’s vehicle stop in the middle of Millwood Road. The Complainant advised that he heard the suspect strike his mailbox with an object and then drove off toward Millwood Landing. Photographs were taken, a witness statement was collected and a report made on June 6th, 2020.

A Deputy was dispatched to Centerburg Pointe on a resident, Charles Palmateer of Centerburg while being intoxicated was harassing and cussing at staff and other residents. Palmateer was warned on his conduct two prior times in the evening but continued to dink. Palmateer was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct on June 5th, 2020.

A Centerburg resident stopped a Deputy and reported the theft of his DK BMX bicycle. He met the Deputy at his Centerburg office and filled out a statement form. A theft report was taken on June 5th, 2020.

A victim reported several charges to his debit card. Some of the purchases were refunded. The victim changed his bank information and needed a report for documentation on June 1st, 2020.
