Officer investigated an individual who was acting suspicious in area of a South Market Street business. Investigation revealed the individual had a methamphetamine starting kit and a loaded firearm in vehicle. Case forwarded to prosecutor
Responded to disturbance – West Washington Street
Traffic violation (fictitious plates) – East Main Street
Broch A. Kutscher age 31 of Coshocton was arrested for several outstanding arrest warrants and transported to the Knox County Jail.

Gary W. Rose age 29 of Danville was issued traffic citation for driving under suspension

Assisted sheriff’s deputy – Crabapple Drive
