If Asked, Please Respond – Ohio is conducting a study to determine how COVID-19 (coronavirus) is affecting residents. Households and individuals for this study are being selected randomly. In order for the study to accurately reflect the state, residents cannot volunteer to participate. If your household has been randomly selected, you will receive a postcard notifying you how to participate in the study. If you receive a postcard, we hope you will participate. Your input will help all Ohioans respond and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.
