Deputies responded to a crash on Newark Road in Mount Vernon. While processing the scene, Deputies conducted an inventory of the vehicle. While conducting the inventory, marijuana was located. Bryan Floyd, of Mount Vernon, was cited with a minor misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana on March 31st, 2020.
