A Complainant reported that a dog belonging to Stevie Betscher, of Mount Vernon, came onto her property. Betscher was issued a summons for failure to confine on March 30th, 2020.
A Complainant advised that his bank card was compromised and fraudulent charges were made on his account on March 30th, 2020.
A Complainant reported that 4 tires to a GMC truck were taken off of their vehicle sitting in a lot on March 29th, 2020.
