Registered Behavior Technician Position Available

Key Behavior Services is looking to hire one or two Behavior Technician’s for 10-25 hours per week. Hours can be flexible, but having availability at least 4 days a week is a requirement. We are looking for someone able to work in the Fredericktown area. Shifts are typically 2-3 hours in length, but may be up to 5 hours occasionally. This position involves working with a child with a developmental disability, and would be temporary, with the position ending no later than September 2020. At that time, there may be the opportunity to work with the individual in other conditions.

Key Behavior Services serves individuals with developmental disabilities – most have an Autism Spectrum Disorder – using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We serve our clients in home and occasionally in the community or school settings. Key Behavior Services is based out of Dayton, OH, but provides in-home services with both remote and on-site supervision and support by a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst.

Ideal candidates will have at least completed 48 hours of college coursework at an accredited university, or have applicable work experience with children or individuals with disabilities. No experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is necessary but we prefer candidates who have some experience with individuals with special needs and who are willing to learn. We will provide training and work with candidates to gain the Registered Behavior Technician credential. FREE supervision for those needing to meet competency requirements for the RBT. Pay ranges from $15.00-21.00 depending on experience and education.
