James Monroe, of Butler, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and issued a summons in lieu of arrest for underage consumption. He was also cited for failure to control and operating a vehicle under the influence on January 10th, 2020.
A complainant reported that she was driving her car and she experienced a fire or flame in the dash. She pulled off of the road and got out of the car and it became fully engulfed in flames on January 9th, 2020.
