The Ohio Emergency Management Agency will begin accepting applications on January 6 for grants to install tornado safe rooms. The deadline to apply is April 6. A rebate program offered through the Ohio EMA is meant to encourage residents to install safe rooms to help families survive destructive and potentially deadly tornadoes.
