Jose Garcia-Lopez, of Killbuck, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a valid license on December 27th, 2019.

A complainant advised that there were a few people in side-by-sides that had shot a deer across the street from their residence. The deer was shot again and loaded onto a side by side and left. Benjamin Foster, of Fredericktown, was located and items were seized from his residence by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Officers on December 27th, 2019.

Deputies were called to a residence on Sparta Road to investigate a report of two vehicles trespassing and doing damage to the property. While the Deputies were on the scene, a report of a vehicle on fire was dispatched in the area of Pinkley and Overly roads. Further investigation determined the two vehicles present at the fire were involved in the incident on Sparta Road. James Looney and Cody Winter, of Mount Vernon, and Johnathon Crook and Matthew Pierce, of Fredericktown, were all issued summons for criminal damaging and criminal trespass on December 26th, 2019.
