Jeffrey Church, of Fredericktown, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault on December 16th, 2019.
A complainant filed a report stating that an unknown person contacted him via phone and requested that he pay for a bond on a warrant using a Visa prepaid card. The complainant did not complete the payment and immediately reported the attempt on December 16th, 2019.
