A Deputy was dispatched to the Kenyon College Campus Safety Office in Gambier on drug paraphernalia collected by campus safety. The paraphernalia was collected and entered into evidence on November 23rd, 2019.
A complainant advised that someone had “fishtailed” their vehicle in his father’s yard, causing damage. A report was taken on November 23rd, 2019.
Kyle Bullock, of Howard, was arrested for disorderly conduct on November 22nd, 2019.
Evan Posey, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence and drug paraphernalia on November 22nd, 2019.
