Report forwarded to Juvenile Prosecutor for possible charges to be filed on a 16 yr. old male juvenile for criminal damaging/endangering on incident that occurred on Oct.25 on East Washington Street

Assisted the Byron Saunders Foundation in delivering Thanksgiving meals to families in need

K-9 unit assisted a Sheriff’s deputy by conducting a sweep of a motor vehicle for illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit – Millersburg Road

Barking dog complaint – North Street
Traffic violation (headlight out) – South Market Street
Jessica Simmons age 29 of Indianapolis, In. was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension. – South Market Street. Approximately one hour later Simmons was observed again driving on South Market Street and was issued a second traffic citation for driving under suspension. Simmons had been warned by the officer not to be driving after the first citation and if observed driving again, the vehicle would be impounded. During the inventory of vehicle the officer discovered a loaded firearm in Simmons’ handbag. Simmons had failed to declare to be in possession of said firearm. It was directly discovered that Simmons has a valid CCW permit
