Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transport items from shelving to assigned work stations for restocking purposes.
Maintain the required par of kitchen items in their assigned station.
Understand proper safety and health codes; regulations; and maintain them regularly.
Ensure all areas assigned are clean and free of debris.
Be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Ability to sweep, mop & dust as necessary.
Monitor equipment and report performance issues as they arise.
Monitor and maintain SBC cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere.
Must have a positive and professional interaction and relationship with all management team members.
Consistently demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Assist co-workers as needed.
Familiarize self with all menu items and explain food when necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
General understanding of food and beverage operations.
Provide information to questions SBC guests may have.
Must be congenial and have a neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
Must be reliable and conscientious.
Possess the ability to interact (in English) with guests, co-workers, and supervisory staff.
Must be accuracy and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure and/or conflict situations.
