Marita Drive between Edgewood Road and Verndale Drive and also Stevens Street from Hillcrest Drive to Marita Drive beginning Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM for manhole repair by Mount Vernon City Distribution Department.
Emergency traffic will not be able to pass through. (lh)
