Andrew Suain, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on October 13th, 2019.
Samantha Webb, of Centerburg, was arrested for domestic violence and assault on October 12th, 2019.
A silver Mercedes Benz was parked on West Brooklyn Street at Ward Street, in Gambier, blocking half of the two-way street and blocking the view of a stop sign. The vehicle was impounded for blocking the roadway on October 13th, 2019.
A complainant advised, that sometime during the overnight hours, person(s) unknown pulled their mailbox post off of its post. The incident occurred on October 11th, 2019.
A victim advised that one of his flower pots was struck by a bullet on October 9th, 2019.
Chelsea Joseph, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on October 11th, 2019.
Malcolm Hunter, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of Franklin County on October 11th, 2019.
