Oct. 4
Traffic accident – South Market Street. A vehicle driven by Donald G. Northington age 57 of Mansfield sideswiped a parked vehicle. Northington was issued a traffic citation for failure to control

Investigating an assault case – South Cedar Street

Oct. 7
Traffic accident – South Market Street. A vehicle driven by Richard Pace age 67 of Loudonville attempted to pass an Amish buggy operated by Milan Mast age 24 as the buggy was attempting to make a left turn and struck the buggy. Danville EMS transported three of four occupants of the buggy to KCH for evaluation and treatment. Pace was issued a traffic citation for a passing violation
Report of dog running loose – East Main Street
Laurie Banbury age 57 of Danville was issued a citation for allowing her dog to run loose
K-9 unit assisted a Sheriff’s deputy by conducting a vehicle sweep for illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit – South Market Street
Abandoned vehicle – South Market Street

Traffic violation (fail to yield to students in crosswalk) – West Rambo Street
Alan L. Fields age 36 of Howard was issued citation for failure to yield to pedestrians in crosswalk
Report of horses running loose on roadway – Tiger Valley Road
Disturbance – West Rambo Street
Unsecured building – West Rambo Street
A baggie containing several pills was found lying on bike path off East Street. Will be properly destroyed
911 call – Orchard Street
Suspicious person – Main Street, Brinkhaven
Trash complaint – Main Street, Brinkhaven

Assisted Municipal Court Bailiff – East Walnut Street
Telecommunication harassment – South Cedar Street
Investigated two separate incidents of threats – West Rambo Street

A juvenile bicyclist failed to stop for stop sign at intersection of East South Street & South Cedar Street. Contact was made w/juvenile & then followed-up w/grandparents
