The City of Mount Vernon is accepting applications
for participation in a controlled goose hunt at Ariel-Foundation Park.
Hunting dates will be
Friday, November 15th
and
Friday, November 22nd.
Hunting hours will be 30 minutes before sunrise to 1:00 PM.
Applications are available at the City of Mount Vernon Parks Department
Office located at 307 Wooster Road, Mount Vernon.
The deadline to submit applications is by 3:30 PM
on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019.
Hunters will be randomly drawn for each date.
All applicants are required to attend a Mandatory Orientation Meeting
at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 7th, 2019.
