Applications will be available at Fredericktown Interchurch beginning Tuesday, October 1st through Friday, November 1st, Monday – Friday from 10-4.
You must be a client of Fredericktown Interchurch (used our services at least once in 2019) and you will need to bring the following information:
1. IDs for all adults in the household
2. Proof of residency (current utility bill)
3. Proof of custody of minor children if both biological parents are not living in the same home. (Examples: court order, print out from Job and Family Services, and/or print out from School Office).
Turn the Tide is a Christmas event that includes three programs: holiday food basket distribution, Tree of Sharing, and Adopt-a-Family. Established clients may sign-up for assistance with the holidays beginning in October.
