Congratulations to Mark Maxwell, Knox County Emergency Management Director. Mark was publicly honored with a token of appreciation from Brigadier General Steve Rhoades of the Ohio National Guard for his excellent work and planning for the Vigilant Guard Exercise which took place at the Knox County Fairgrounds in August.
The Knox Co Commissioners received a briefing and review of the preparedness events which took place across the state this summer.
