Devin is currently attending Fire School at the Knox Technical Center in Mount Vernon. Devin is an exceptional young man with leadership qualities and academic skills that make him the ideal recipient for this scholarship. Along with the scholarship he will be assigned a mentor that will help guide him and answer any questions he might have as he enters the Fire/EMS field.
