Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Jun 24, 2019

A complainant, from the 21000 block of Clutter Road in Utica, reported that a male subject that has an active warrant was back living next door. Deputies arrived and arrested Randy Rittenour of Utica. Through further investigation, it was learned that Rittenour’s girlfriend knew that he had a warrant and was hiding him at her place. Rittenour was not to be around the girlfriend’s children per Children’s Services and he was transported to the Knox County Jail on June 23rd, 2019.
Deputies were dispatched to Murray Road for vandalism to a mailbox. Once in the area, multiple mailboxes were discovered to be damaged on June 23rd, 2019.
