Beginning Monday, June 3, SR 3 will be closed north of Mt. Vernon between Paige Road and Allen Road while ODOT crews replace two culverts. Crews will be replacing nine total culverts on SR 3 between Mt. Vernon and the Ashland County line over the next month.
