Christopher Thomas, of Howard, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued from the Knox County Common Pleas Court on May 23rd, 2019.
A complainant, of the 100 block of Sugar Street in Mount Vernon, advised that someone shot her vehicle window with a pellet gun damaging the window on May 22nd, 2019.
A complainant, of the 7000 block of Broadmoor Circle in Mentor, advised that multiple televisions were taken from his property in Howard on May 22nd, 2019.
