The Mount Vernon Municipal Court is recruiting a full-time Bailiff. The Bailiff is a member of the Judge’s personal staff who maintains order in the courtroom, administers the Judge’s docket and controls the lines of communication to the Judge. The Bailiff may be called upon to protect the Judge and others in the Courtroom from physical harm and must be physically capable of performing this task.
