A complainant, of the 23000 block of New Guildord Road in Martinsburg, reported a male that had followed her 21-year-old daughter and 18-year-old son home from Dollar General in Martinsburg on April 14th, 2019.

A victim, of the 200 block of Newark Road in Mount Vernon, advised that a piece of farm equipment was taken from the 9000 block of Old Delaware Road in Mount Vernon. The victim leases the property for farming. The victim stated that he had observed his John Deere ground driven rake to be at the property on Friday, April 12, 2019. He also stated that he received a call from the owner of the property stating that the rake was no longer there. The rake is green and yellow and approximately 10 feet long.

A complainant, of Township Road 79 in Millersburg, reported that he had either lost his license plate from his vehicle or it was stolen. He stated that he believed that his license plate was taken off of his vehicle at the fairgrounds auction. The incident occurred on April 13th, 2019.

A representative, of Country Corner in Mount Vernon, advised that unknown person(s) had entered his business through a damaged window. The complainant showed the Deputy holes that had been punched in the walls and wanted the incident documented on April 13th, 2019.

R C Smail, of Howard, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court for domestic violence and menacing on April 14th, 2019.

A Deputy was dispatched to Kenyon College Campus Safety in Gambier on found drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia was found in an undisclosed room on East Brooklyn Avenue. The paraphernalia was picked up and placed in the Knox County Sheriff’s Office evidence room and marked for destruction on April 14th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 200 block of Green Valley Drive in Howard, advised that his 13-year-old son was riding his bicycle near the intersection of Gaskin Avenue and Woodside Avenue in Gambier and had his bicycle shot with a paintball gun. The complainant advised that three individuals in a white car were driving around the area with a paintball gun on April 13th, 2019.

A victim, of the 9000 block of Rutledge Road in Howard, reported that Robert Troyer of Danville was trying to cut her finger off with a knife because the victim got a tattoo on her finger. Troyer was arrested on April 13th, 2019.

A representative, of 4 Seasons Air in Centerburg, advised that an unknown subject placed numerous bags of trash in the business dumpster without permission. Mathew Brown of Centerburg was cited for the incident on April 11th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 3000 block of Granville Road in Mount Vernon, advised that a disabled vehicle was parked on her property. A 24-hour wait period was placed on the vehicle on April 8th, 2019. The vehicle was inventoried and towed on April 12th, 2019.
