Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Mar 14, 2019

A complainant, of the 600 block of Crestrose Drive in Danville, advised that between approximately 7:00 AM on Monday, March 11, 2019, and 5:00 PM March 13, 2019, unknown person(s) removed a brown Rumpke trash can from the end of his driveway.
Rebbecca Coleman, of Fredericktown, was stopped for a traffic violation. Coleman was found to have an active warrant out of the Mansfield Municipal Court which was a good pick-up warrant. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia was located. Gavin Swoape, of Loudonville, a passenger in the vehicle was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Leighanna Mitchell of Fredericktown, another passenger, was also cited for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia on March 14th, 2019.
John Palmer III, of Walhounding, was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court. During a search, drug paraphernalia was located in Palmer’s pocket and he was transported to the Knox County Jail. He was issued a summons in lieu of arrest for the drug paraphernalia on March 13th, 2019.
