Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Jan 04, 2019

A complainant, of the 6000 block of Bechholt Road in Mount Vernon, advised of a suspicious vehicle parked on the roadway about a half mile north of his residence. He also advised that he was unfamiliar with the vehicle and didn’t know who it might belong to. Deputies responded and located the vehicle pulled off the right side of the road but the left side of the vehicle was still in the roadway. Several attempts to make contact with the owner were not successful. The vehicle was towed from the scene on January 4th, 2019.
Deputies located a vehicle on Cassell Road that posed a traffic hazard. Attempts to contact the vehicle owner were unsuccessful by Crestline Police Department. The vehicle was towed from the scene by On the Spot Towing on January 4th, 2019.
Justin L Musgrave was arrested after Deputies were advised that he left several packages at the Mogen David Synagogue in Mount Vernon and walked away on January 3rc, 2019.
A representative of Dollar General North in Mount Vernon reported that person(s) unknown damaged the canopy support facade at the business on January 1st, 2019.
