Job Description & Responsibilities:
The installer is responsible for installing HVAC equipment and duct work in Residential structures. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper installation procedures. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, & hot water tanks. If you have some experience, we can teach you to be the best.
Job Requirements:
• Working as a team to install heating and cooling systems in existing and new homes.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients are key traits.
• Lead installers are required to run jobs from start to finish.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sheet metal installation experience.
• Must be hard working and willing to learn.
• Possess knowledge of HVAC or sheet metal work in the residential field.
• Experience in assembling and installing duct work.
• Have the ability to work with all types of power and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• EPA certified
• Good driving record
