Armand R Fernandes, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence on December 4th, 2018.
Andrew M Richmer, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence, menacing and resisting arrest on December 4th, 2018.
A Deputy was conducting a business check on Coshocton Road in Howard and located a male individual sleeping in his vehicle with the vehicle running. Upon making contact with the individual, the Deputy was able to observe drug paraphernalia in plain sight inside the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia was located inside the vehicle and was seized for evidence. Bryce J Williamson, of Danville, was issued two citations for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia on December 5th, 2018.
