Ryan S Brasseur, of Mount Vernon, was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas on October 15th, 2018.

Ami D Randall, of Howard, was arrested for domestic violence after a disturbance on Highland Hills Circle in Howard on October 15th, 2018.

Holmes County Sheriff requested assistance locating a vehicle that was involved in a shots fired incident. Jesse J Hammons Jr, of Howard, was located and a report was written on October 15th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 9000 block of Bishop Road in Centerburg, advised that unknown person(s) let air out of four of her tires and took gasoline from her gas tank sometimes between 12:00 PM October 13th, 2018 and 9:30 AM October 14th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 1000 block of Old Delaware Road in Mount Vernon, advised that her ex-husband has been continuously texting and calling her after she asked him not to. The complainant blocked the suspect’s number and he began showing up to her residence and place of employment. She also advised that she was scared that the suspect could harm her if he continued his behavior. Philip E Elswick was arrested for menacing and stalking on October 1st, 2018.
