Knox County fifth graders interested in competing in the 2019 Knox County Battle of the Books are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 17, 6:30 p.m. at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County, 201 N. Mulberry Street, Mount Vernon.
Open to all fifth graders in Knox County schools or homeschool students who love to read are welcome to attend with their families. In addition, adults interested in volunteering as a team coach or assistant coach are urged to attend.
