Sept 14
A DPD unit came upon a disabled motorist on Lower Fredericktown-Amity & Old Mansfield Roads. The officer stopped to assist and discovered that the motorist, Kaitlyn Gilbert age 18 listed as homeless, had two outstanding arrest warrants. Upon KCSO arrival, DPD K-9 unit conducted a search of the vehicle for illegal drugs/contraband w/positive hit. Gilbert was arrested for the outstanding arrest warrants and transported to the Knox County Jail by the KCSO
Conducted morning and afternoon D.A.R.E. classes for Amish school on Chapel Road
Suspicious vehicle – South Market Street, Danville

Sept 15
Domestic Violence – Plum Street, Danville. Joy Elswick age 41 of Danville was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail and was charged w/assault & domestic violence
Traffic violation (stop sign) – Main & Market Streets, Danville
Disturbance – East Main Street, Danville
Assisted an outside law enforcement agency w/stolen vehicle – Arrington Road
Traffic violation (no license plate light) – West Rambo Street, Danville
Conducted a K-9 search of vehicle for illegal drugs/contraband w/negative hit – West Rambo Street, Danville
Traffic violation (no license plate light) – East Main Street, Danville

Sept 16
Traffic violation (speed) – East Main Street, Danville
Traffic violation (court driving restrictions) – East Main Street, Danville

Sept 17
Traffic violation (tailgating) – Danville-Jelloway Road
