A victim, of the 15000 block of Upper Fredericktown Road in Mount Vernon, advised that life lock had advised her that someone had tried to open up a line of credit in her name for a Capital One card on August 15th, 2018 and a Victoria Secrets card on August 16th, 2018. The applications were done online and Equifax requested a law enforcement report for application for long-term fraud watch on her line of credit.
Jeremy S Dexter, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas on September 11th, 2018.
