Probation Officer Susie Eisel is shown presenting Emily Bricker and Dave Grubbs with Certificates for completing Phase I of the MERIT Drug Court Program. To complete Phase I Emily and Dave had to maintain sobriety for 60 consecutive days, attend 30 meetings in 30 days and comply with all other requirements of the MERIT Court program. Both of them are employed, and we are very proud of them. Congratulations.
