A victim, of the 30000 block of Rabbit Ridge Road in Howard, advised that an individual riding a four-wheeler on his road purposely damaged his mailbox and then rode off on July 31st, 2018.

A Deputy was dispatched to the 5000 block of Bixler Road in Bellville where someone had put spike jacks in the property owner’s right of way to her property. The person mowing and maintaining the property got three flat tires on July 31st, 2018.

A complainant, of the 28000 block of Jug Run road in Frazeysburg, advised that an unknown person(s) used his credit card information for an online purchase without his consent on July 31st, 2018.

Robert A Hines, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on July 31st, 2018.

A victim, of the 100 block of Market Street in Martinsburg, advised that sometime between 4:00 PM on July 30th, 2018, and 8:00 AM July 31st, 2018, unknown person(s) stole a purse from her backyard.

An abandoned car was towed from Warren Road in Bladensburg to Danny’s Auto on July 31st, 2018. The vehicle will be released with proof of ownership and by paying the tow fees.

Mark A Parker, of Centerburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Common Pleas Court of Delaware County on August 1st, 2018.
